DFC’s Insamcor range of lugged wafer ductile iron and stainless steel bi-directional knife gate valves feature a unique moulded body seal without seat pockets or cavities, providing trouble-free operation in slurry applications. It features a cast iron or stainless steel body and is either FBE-coated or soft rubber lined for the cast iron option, with an added option for wear cones.

The Uni-Flow Double Door Check Valve is a compact wafer design and is a popular choice when space is a major factor in valve selection and pipeline design. The compact design features a non-slam spring-assisted closing and is suitable for water, waste water, oil, weak acids and alkaline liquids etc. Tight closure is obtained by utilising a soft seat in either EPDM or NBR.

Each coupling / clamp consists of two identical curved housing, gaskets, nuts and bolts.
The housing are manufactured from the Ductile Iron Casting, the Gasket is from Nitrile / Natural Rubber and the Nuts and Bolts are made from steel as per 4.6 Grade.
The head of the bolt is oval necked to fit square shaped holes in the housing.
The Coupler castings are Painted / Galvanized.
