The UNI-FLO Swing Check Valve is designed to effectively prevent reverse flow in pipeline systems, ensuring reliable operation and protection of pumps, equipment, and infrastructure. Manufactured in accordance with BS5153 standards, this valve delivers dependable performance in a wide range of water and industrial applications.
Engineered for full, unrestricted flow, the swing check design minimises pressure loss while allowing smooth fluid passage. The valve can be installed in both horizontal and vertical positions, providing flexibility across various system configurations.
Flange dimensions conform to BS4504 PN10/16 standards, with optional drilling available to suit BS10 Table D/E requirements. Face-to-face dimensions are manufactured in line with BS5153, and all valves are tested in accordance with BS6755 to ensure quality, strength, and leak-tight performance.
For enhanced control and operational stability, the valve can be supplied with an external lever and counterweight (L.W.) on request, helping to regulate closing speed and reduce water hammer.
With a pressure rating of 16 bar, the UNI-FLO Swing Check Valve is built for durability and consistent performance in demanding environments.
