UNI-FLO Resilient Seated Gate Valve (RSV) – Reliable, Full Bore Flow Control for Water Systems
The UNI-FLO Resilient Seated Gate Valve is designed for dependable shut-off performance in water distribution and industrial pipeline systems. Manufactured in accordance with BS5163 and SABS 664 standards, this valve ensures consistent quality, durability, and long service life in demanding applications.
Featuring an EPDM rubber-encapsulated gate, the valve provides a tight, leak-free seal while maintaining a smooth, straight-through bore with no internal pockets. This design minimises flow resistance, prevents debris build-up, and enhances overall system efficiency.
Available in sizes ranging from 50mm to 600mm, the UNI-FLO RSV is suitable for a wide range of installations. It can be supplied with a handwheel for manual operation or a cap top for underground or buried applications. Flanges are drilled to DIN2501 and BS4504 standards, ensuring easy integration into existing systems.
Engineered for performance, the valve operates at a normal pressure of 1.6 MPa, with a shell test pressure of 2.4 MPa and a seal test pressure of 1.76 MPa. It is ideal for water and neutral liquid applications, with temperature suitability up to 80°C (NBR) and 120°C (EPDM).
